Eligibility Framework for Applicants
All applicants must be California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or educational institutions with a demonstrated commitment to Jewish education or cultural continuity within the state.
Programs must align with our mission to expand access to high-quality Jewish learning, foster educator support, and promote community enrichment for diverse regional communities.
We welcome pre-proposals from eligible organizations dedicated to strengthening Jewish education and community-based leadership across California.
